What is somatic astrology?
Somatic astrology is a body-based, relational approach to reading your birth chart. It’s less about prediction, and more about reconnection. Together, we explore not just what your chart says, but how it feels in your body, your patterns, your life.
This isn’t astrology for entertainment or ego-boosts. And it’s not therapy, though many of my clients have said that my work feels deeply therapeutic. It’s a co-created space to remember your wholeness.
This work is for the deep feelers, thoughtful overthinkers, recovering perfectionists, and curious seekers. It’s for people who are burnt out on hustle culture and ready for something slower, more honest, and more alive.

Somatic astrology consults
Somatic astrology invites you into a felt relationship with your birth chart and the cosmos. These one-off sessions blend traditional astrology with somatic awareness and parts work. Whether you’re just getting started or seeking guidance during a pivotal time, each session is designed to reconnect you with your inner compass and body-based wisdom. I currently offer three types of somatic astrology consults:
- The Sky in You: A foundational session to meet your chart as an embodied landscape. We explore the core placements that shape your temperament and path, and how to feel their expression in your body.
- You Are Here: A timing session to help you work with the astrology of right now and the near future. We explore the themes and invitations in your current transits and how to meet them with presence and agency.
- Inner Planets: A deep dive into one planetary archetype or theme in your chart. This is a more experiential session that weaves in myth, story, and embodied practice to help you develop an intimate relationship with this part of yourself.

- The Sky in You: You’re new to astrology or want a fresh perspective on your birth chart. You’re curious about your birth chart and how to live it more fully, in your body.
- You Are Here: You’re navigating change, seeking clarity on what’s next, or feeling pulled by invisible tides. This is a great annual check-in or birthday ritual.
- Inner Planets: There’s a part of your chart you’re drawn to understand more deeply—like Venus in the 12th house, your Moon-Saturn square, or your Midheaven—or a recurring theme you want to work with somatically.
What to expect
- The Sky in You: We’ll look at your most important birth chart placements, which could be your Sun, Moon, Ascendant, and ascendant ruler, then explore how these archetypes show up in your life. You’ll leave with embodied insights and a clearer sense of direction.
- You Are Here: We’ll check in with where you are in life, map out the key timing features and tune into their emotional and somatic textures. Think of it as a weather forecast for your inner life.
- Inner Planets: We co-create the session based on your inquiry. You’ll be invited to meet the planetary energy through story, visualisation, and body-based exploration.
What's included
If you’re a first-time client, you’ll receive a digital copy of your birth chart before our session to keep for your own reference. Consults are 75 minutes and take place via Zoom. Each consult consists of guided somatic exploration, reflective prompts, and suggestions for continued integration. You’ll also be able to record the session on your computer (or receive a recording afterwards).

Constellate coaching
Constellate is a 1:1 coaching journey that integrates astrology, somatic practice, and parts work to help you live with more presence, purpose, and pleasure. Designed for folks navigating change, burnout, creative rebirth, or identity shifts, this container supports slow, embodied transformation. Rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level insights, we build a relationship with your birth chart and inner system over time—listening deeply to what wants to emerge, be felt, and be lived into.

Astrology mentoring
Mentoring is for astrology students who want thoughtful, grounded guidance as they deepen their study. Whether you’re self-taught or fresh from a course, I meet you where you are and help you connect the dots between technique, interpretation, and intuition. We’ll focus on strengthening your chart reading skills while also exploring how to make astrology more experiential and relational. Mentorship blends traditional frameworks with curiosity, play, and support to help you grow in confidence and clarity.
